ON-SCREEN SHORTCUTS FOR EASY ADJUSTMENTS: Change speeds from 0 to 12.5 MPH and incline grades from 0% to 12.5% right from the screen. Clip on the safety key during runs to ensure your Tread stops quickly if it’s detached. Lock your Tread with a passcode when not in use for added security.
